The Red Bull Project Downhill

If you like it fast and steep, rocky and rooty, then the Red Bull Project Downhill is what you need! It's just how a downhill course should be and a reputation for fast and very technical riding so riders take note! It has everything you need for a white-knuckle downhill experience. Drop into 'the quarry' and then fly out of it down 'the tunnel' and then throw yourself round tight berms in 'the luge'. If that doesn't get your eyeballs popping out then wait for 'the bomb hole' that will spit you up into the air like a cannon ball.

Set in the small village of Innerleithen in the Tweed Valley this Red Bull/Forestry Commission Scotland venue attracts riders from all over Britain. With uplifts available at weekends, and bike hire available locally, it's no wonder that this venue packs them in.  So, negotiate the quarry jump into dark woods, or take on the ski lift jump into nirvana before styling the bomb hole – the choice is yours!

The venue has been voted by biking experts in MBR magazine as the number one descent in Britain......which more or less says it all.
